Every organisation has them. The person who has just stepped into managing others, or who is leading without the title while everyone waits for the latter to catch up. The one who was very good at the job before this one, and finds that the things which made them good then do not all serve them now.
They are leading already, and often leading well, but on instincts that move faster than thought and were never chosen on purpose. This programme is for them. If you are working on stepping up to management, being heard by the people above you, keeping a team well without burning it out, or raising things that are hard to raise, it is built for that.
The programme helps you to look closely at your own way of leading and at the conditions in which you operate. Then to make enough sense of what you find to take a deliberate hand in the leader you are becoming, so that you lead with intention within the environment in which you need to be effective.
By the end of the programme:
You see your own leadership as something in motion, something you are shaping, rather than a fixed trait you either have or lack.
You spot your habitual responses as they happen, and can choose differently in the moment.
You read the conditions around you, and see your own hand in those conditions.
You can raise something difficult with the person who can act on it, in your real circumstances.
You have a practice for continuing all of this after the programme ends.
Themes: inherited habits, how others see, goals and purpose, psychological safety, burnout and performance rhythm, feedback and influence.
The Experience:
Delivered live online, one to one, so you can join from anywhere. An in-person version can be arranged.
